Brief Description of Project:  

Havlovick Engineering Services, Inc. (HES) provided Mechanical Systems and Plumbing/Piping Design for a new stadium for the Idaho Falls Chukars minor league baseball team.  This project included HVAC for the clubhouse and office building/box seats, gas piping to the clubhouse, office building and concession stands, and plumbing throughout the stadium.

The 3,400 seat stadium design included five different areas: the clubhouse, first baseline concessions and restrooms, office building and box seat suites, third baseline concessions and restrooms, and a picnic area with park restrooms.

Project requirements included:

• Specification writing to support construction activities in accordance with MasterFormat '95

• HVAC Calculations

• Potable water supply

• Sewer lines

• Storm drainage

• Gas load and gas piping

Code requirements included IBC 2003, IPC 2003, IFGC 2003, and IMC 2003.
